Right now Matt has the kids living with him for a few reasons, the biggest one being that he's spent so much time apart from them the past few years we all agreed (the kids included) that they needed to make up for that lost time. Matt put them in school, again a joint decision, because they weren't getting everything they needed with him at work all day.

As for Matt & me, our relationship was focused on the wrong things for too long, and because of that we lost our direction. We made choices that instead of bringing us closer, took us farther from each other and this is where we ended up. Our focus now is on our wonderful children and what we think is best for them from this point forward. I know people will speculate, make assumptions and judge, however I only hope that you all realize that there are many sides to every issue and not many people know the whole story as most have only heard one side of it.
